Before Work Begins:
You may cancel a project before any work has started and receive a full refund (if payment was made in advance).After Work Has Started:
If work has already commenced, cancellation is possible, but a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The refund percentage will be at my discretion and will reflect the time and effort invested up to that point.Rush or Priority Projects:
Projects with tight deadlines or those marked as “priority” are non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
Project cancelled before work starts
Mutual agreement to terminate the project early
Undelivered services past agreed deadlines with no prior communication
Not Eligible for Refund:
Completed projects or services already delivered
Change of mind after final delivery
Delays due to lack of client response, feedback, or necessary input
3. Digital Products / Templates / Downloads
All digital product sales (e.g., templates, tools, downloadable files) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the products.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
